Chris represented me with a case and it ended up getting dismissed because he saw an opportunity to do so and he knew how to take advantage of it, I ended up with the best possible solution I could get. Always get a good lawyer when you have legal issues, they only seem expensive, if you don't win the case you will wish you spent the money on a lawyer and the cost won't seem as bad as what can happen to you if you try and brave the courts on your own. I had a case where the police stopped me, at NIGHT. As i passed him as he sat in the median. .told me my tint was too dark (😑) ....he pulled me. Tild en that. . he went to his car came back ( after 3 .more showed up)had me outbthe car....handcuffed me......he asked if he could search i said yes.. I had nothing to hide..I told him there is a gun on my console (in the open) cop says ok.then after finding no drugs or anything.. he said since I didn't tell him at first it considered concealed because he didn't see it when he walked up to my window (probably cuase u didn't look and it's pitch black at 10pm on side of a hwy)so I was booked for carrying concealed.. really,,?? When he grabbed my gun OFF THE CONSOLE after I told him as I'm already in handcuffs...BEFORE the search even started.....I learned my rights sinse then. But Mr Floyd got my charges dismissed without even goin to court .reasonable prices for outstanding services. And he and the office woman speak professionally and with respect. I gave him a 5 star but if I could give 20 stars I would thank you once again!!! Recommend to any one needing legal services....I'm a Cumberland County resident and was going to raleigh for dinner that night and this ruined (crooked cops)everything..but the outcome of this case makes me happy!!!!!

Chris was absolutely phenomenal with helping my case! He made the process effortless and was communicative and honest for the duration of our transaction. After our initial phone call, he created a strategic game-plan of how he would prepare for my court case and was able to get my infraction dismissed with no additional court fees. (For reference, I accidentally brought my loaded gun through TSA security at RDU airport.)

I hired Kisha for child custody modification and child support modification. We were able to get exactly what we were looking for in more custody time with my son with a clear concise schedule to eliminate all gray areas my previous order allowed. Kisha was able to show proof if income more than the defendant was claiming to reduce my child support to a fair amount and require the defendant to reimburse me for a year and a half of child support overpayment which I was skeptical about the reality of receiving. Kisha was very upfront and honest from her experience about what was realistic in my case and proved to be accurate in her estimates. She made herself available outside of typical working hours the nights and weekends leading up to my court date to make sure we had all information needed.
