Told me id get a couple years if not probation. Ended up doin 5 to 7 years. Once he was paid all motivation to get me a lower sentence was gone. Told the judge at my sentencing “well my clients story does remind you of an episode of miami vice, but in his defense he was selling drugs to start a legitimate marijuana grow in California.” Brad Polk said this verbatim to the judge. Attorney Polk and his team are the best. I was in a seriously time sensitive situation that could have ended very badly for me personally and professionally. Having a legal issue in the middle of a major contract buy out is a nightmare. I was pulled over for a DUI in Raleigh unlawfully and refused to submit to a breath analysis. Mr. Polk proved to the DMV that my revocation was not lawful and my license was fully restored. Brad also proved that I was unlawfully subjected to a breath analysis and all criminal charges were dismissed in the court of law.
