Prompt, efficient, and friendly legal representation at a reasonable price. I was amazed at how quickly the matter was resolved. Communication was excellent. I would recommend Jeremy and Ashley to anyone needing legal services.

They totally exceeded my expectations as far as results are concerned! Had two simultaneous cases dismissed which resulted in saving me at LEAST $1000!!... Not to mention, Ashley was very polite, professional, and thorough. Five-star experience overall!

Mr. Cotten represented me for a traffic violation , a speeding ticket, in Wake County. In my opinion, Mr. Cotten was DEPENDABLE, thoughtful, RESPONSIVE, respectful, & creative in his approach given how very rigid this particular county can be. Due to reason beyond my control, a person exhibiting road rage attempted to seriously harm / kill me with their vehicle. EffortS were made by myself to move over and to allow this enraged person to pass (as the local law encourages one to do). This instead left him with the idea to try to ram my vehicle... twice until I fled the scene for my safety. An affirmative defense was used as I was in fact speeding to flea serious injury/harm. However, only my speeding was captured by police dash cam and NOT the incident that preceded it unfortunately. I had to be present in court three occasions total after I appealed my case. Mr. Cotten was diligent and professional about responding to my numerous emails & calls. Importantly, he successfully was able to have my speeding charge dismissed after his persistence with advocating and explaining the details and nature of my case to ADAs. He was able to encourage them to agree to a plea to reduce my charge to a lesser offense that was best for my situation. Finally, but significantly, Mr. Cotten worked with me ,within my budgetary constraints as a full time working person, to make his charges reasonable. I was able to pay incrementally given my case progression. His courtesy , persistence, and believing in me truly made a world of difference. His assistant, Ashley, Cotten Law Firm, is also someone who communicates information well and who can answer many questions.
