Excellent and friendly service with people that speaks Spanish to better serve the Spanish community. One of my emigration issues was resolve with no problems.

I contacted Ms. Vavonese about a month ago to handle a traffic violation as well as a seatbelt ticket. I did not see any need to follow up with her every month about my court date - that is why I gave the ticket to her - so I wouldn't have to stress about it! I just received an email from her that BOTH my tickets were dismissed! I was so glad she used email rather than the postal service -- who uses the snail mail any more anyway! Although I hope to not get any more tickets, if I do, I will call Ms. Vavonese to handle it.
