After I was injured in a car accident in which the other driver was at fault, Chris Nichols was recommended to me by a friend. I am so glad I took that recommendation! Chris exceeded my expectations at every step of the process from getting a settlement for my totaled vehicle, to getting the settlement for pain and suffering, to negotiating my medical bills. Chris helped me even with aspects of the accident that were not strictly related to the pain and injury end of things, such as having my car assessed by the adjuster. There was very little I ever had to do- he handled all of it. I was able to collect a far more substantial settlement than I ever would have otherwise. I would recommend Nichols Law Firm to anyone.

Mr. Nicholas is one of the best attorney’s I have had counsel me concerning auto policies and rights for people involved in accident and their rights as auto policy insurers. My case was a little complicated concerning two different insurers, but Mr. Nicholas worked to help me and read over my insurance policy to point me in the right direction. I did have coverage through one carrier, but the other carrier mislead me and he showed me in accordance with North Carolina Law. Even though I wasn’t covered under the one policy and I offered Mr. Nicholas money for his time. He didn’t charge me anything. It is very rare will someone go out of their way to help someone else without some form of payment or retainer. Even though my case was very minimal I felt he provided some of the best customer service I haven’t seen in a long long time. If you considering an attorney that is truthful, willing to go out of his way, knowledgeable of the laws in North Carolina, very honest and communicates with you directly. Look no further, he is one of the best I’m haven’t seen in a long, long time! Very highly recommended to anyone searching for an attorney that had an accident and needs legal advice!

Attorney Nichols is awesome. I initially sent a cry for help regarding a car insurance issue for my daughter who lives in Charlotte and is in graduate school. We live in RI and actually found his info via google. He immediately responded to my email— in fact, called me. I was stressed regarding this situation and he was informative, compassionate, professional and sincere. He listened to me and directed me in the right direction and gave sound advice. They were very informative and on top of things. Very easy to talk to and knew what they were doing. This is definitely a firm that can be trusted.

I consulted with this attorney about an estate issue and instead of saying she didn't handle this type of case she continued to talk about something she didn't know about. There were many "ummms" in the conversation while she was clearly trying to figure out what to say. Very unprofessional. I was placed on hold so she could go ask a colleague how to respond because she didn't know what she was talking about. If you don't practice that type of law, you should be upfront and not advise someone incorrectly.

Mr. Nichols treats his clients with respect not like they're just a number, he was very thorough in explaining the process and negotiated with the bill collectors.
