Due to the nature of the ticket, and the conflict of scheduling in my personal life, I opted to pay for the all inclusive fee to handle both court and lawyer fees. Cotten Law is absolutely amazing. Had 26 over in a work zone and had it lowered to 9 over with everything else dropped. Jeremy helped me so much with this. I really hope I don't need them in the future but will definitely call them back if I do.

Got a speeding ticket in Holly Springs, Wake County. I wanted to fight the ticket, it was first ticket ever so we wasn't really sure of the process and we were really worried how it's going to affect with DL or Insurance. Out of so many advertisements received, we casually contacted Cotten Law but quickly decided to go with them. Spoke to 10 different providers and Cotten was simple, quick and smooth process. Their price is less compared to others in the market but provides high quality customer service, easily reachable throughout the day. Cotten able to get the ticket dispositioned such a way it doesn't impact my DL or Insurance points. They sent an email promptly on the day of court hearing with next steps. Highly recommended.

I'd give Cotten Law Firm 6 stars if I could. This was my first ticket in my 10+ years of driving history, and I was worried about the process, especially since the ticket was for going 56 in a 35 (21mph over). I received a bunch of letters in the mail from all different law firms, but the online reviews of Cotten Law Firm convinced me to start looking into things with them, and I was glad I did. From the moment I called in, the person on the other end was helpful, caring, and reassuring of the issue. Before I had even secured services with the firm, they provided valuable guidance on Prayers for Judgment Continued (PJC), improper equipment, and the process overall. Again, 20 minutes or so talking me through the process on the phone before I had paid them a cent. At that point, I knew I was going with these guys because they genuinely cared. Not only that, but the cost was extremely reasonable. I paid less than $90 to Cotten Law Firm, and in exchange, they went to court for me (so I didn't have to take off work), and got the case reduced to 44 in a 35. Because of my clean driving history, they didn't have to use my PJC (so that's still available in the future, if needed), and no insurance points were given as this was my only moving violation within the past three years and it was less than 10mph over the speed limit. No fine was assessed, so I was only on the hook for the court costs. Overall, this was the best possible outcome I could've hoped for, and I have Cotten Law Firm to thank!
