I have been practicing injury law in NC for over 10 years. I have personally worked on many cases with Chris Nichols over this time and from a practitioner's point of view, he is not only top-notch, but fearless in his representation of injured clients. Many attorneys are skilled, fewer are passionate, Chris is both. It is because of this that he gets the justice his clients deserve. I can honestly say that if I were injured, Chris would be one of the few attorneys I would trust with my own case.

I could get very detailed and long winded but I’ll try to keep it short. There cannot be, and never will be, a personal injury lawyer better than Chris Nichols. I was in a near fatal motorcycle accident in 2015 which was not my fault, and before becoming my lawyer, Chris was a friend. I received several emails, phone calls and offers for services from other lawyers, but knowing of Chris, and reading about him, from day one when I knew I would probably need a lawyer, he was it above any others. I’m so glad I did. Not only did things turn out as expected, it turned out BETTER than expected because of his knowledge and relentless work on my case. He also stayed in constant contact with me as a client also. I cannot and will not ever be able to say enough great things about him. After I was injured in a car accident in which the other driver was at fault, Chris Nichols was recommended to me by a friend. I am so glad I took that recommendation! Chris exceeded my expectations at every step of the process from getting a settlement for my totaled vehicle, to getting the settlement for pain and suffering, to negotiating my medical bills. Chris helped me even with aspects of the accident that were not strictly related to the pain and injury end of things, such as having my car assessed by the adjuster. There was very little I ever had to do- he handled all of it. I was able to collect a far more substantial settlement than I ever would have otherwise. I would recommend Nichols Law Firm to anyone.
