I am a college student, so when I got an alcohol ticket, I immediately reached out to Russel D. Babb for help. My family had heard good things about him and so I knew he would be able to help me out. He did not disappoint. He was able to handle the case for me and made it as easy on me as possible. We reached the outcome I was hoping for and he was in constant contact with me throughout the process, providing both assistance and advice. His firm and associates were also extremely helpful, handling every call and question I had and providing assistance extremely fast. Highly, highly recommend Russel.

2 of the 3 women I’ve spoken with who initially answer the phones have THE WORST customer service/people skills EVER...they’re rude, dismissive, and interrupt you in the middle of your sentences because they THINK they have the answer before you can even fully form the question. Most people who are calling have a LO in prison or are trying to get assistance so obviously they’re asking questions or trying to get information BECAUSE THEY DONT KNOW...attitudes from the FIRST POINT OF CONTACT is unnecessary and completely unprofessional ESPECIALLY in a position of that magnitude. Several members of my Facebook group dedicated to supporting families of LOs who are eligible for the First Step Act have had the same exact experience. I’m so disappointed that their attitudes have been exactly the same for at least 6 months....if you’re burned out, get another job!!!
