I highly recommend Cotten Law Firm! The firm is very friendly, but professional, very efficient and effective. I was cruising down 40 in very light traffic, chatting away with my friend, when a trooper clocked me going way faster than I realized. Mr. Cotten was able to knock my official speed down to a minor infraction, and spare me the insurance hit. His service is better than reasonable and top rate. I picked him out from the many flyers that appeared in my mailbox after the event and am so happy I did.

The beginning of the experience was great. I was able to schedule help with my traffic case with the first phone call. Everything was handled swiftly. I felt the prices were affordable. However, the end of the experience was negative. I was given incorrect information with my case number. I attempted emailing 4 times over the span of 14 days, and I attempted calling the office to speak with someone. I never received a response back. I ended up calling the clerk of court and speaking to them about the error I was receiving while attempting to pay, and she confirmed that I had been given someone else case number. (this was after she attempted to verify who she was speaking with by telling me the name, race, and date of birth of the person the case number I had received was attached to). I ended up getting the right info, paying my cost and its complete but the lack of communication when I was requesting clarification and help, as well as the lack of attention to detail when emailing me my case number left a sour taste in my mouth.

Cotton Law Firm turned a headache into a breeze. So grateful for their service. They were fast with steady communication and reassurance and best of all got the results I needed. Highly recommend.
