I met Matt 10 years ago after getting sober, when I needed help with multiple lingering speeding ticket in multiple counties. The courts would not allow me to ‘just pay them off’ and he was the only attorney who responded to me for help. He replied “I can help you” and he did. Since then, has helped me multiple times. Each time I have called, he has shown up and he has handled my situations better than I expected. Words to describe Matt: Diligent, ethical, knowledgeable, incredible patience, skilled, reliable, professional; I could go on and on, with nothing negative to say. He is genuinely a good man, with a good reputation and relationships with his fellow attorneys, judges and DA’s that reflect in his work. My last issue was the worst and very difficult to deal with. Not one time did Matt judge me. He showed up and handled the situations, once again better than I thought possible. I am forever grateful to Matt Faucette. You will be too!

This man is an absolute life saver! I was dealing with two misdemeanor charges and could've faced 4 months in jail for crimes I never committed. Had I been convicted, I would have lost everything to my name despite only being misdemeanors. A day after I bonded out, Matt was on the phone with me ready to assist me and help clear my name. After 7 months of absolute hell in district court, he finally got all of my charges dismissed and is now working on getting my record expunged. Matt was very attentive and responsive to any and all questions that I had going through the process of my case. At times I'm sure I was a bit annoying asking for updates as the legal process played out, but I never got that sense from Mr. Faucette. On the court date, Mr. Faucette made sure everything went well and I was very happy with his representation.

At times he was a little unresponsive to emails, but if I texted: he would always get back to me within hours, even late at night. He has tremendous legal knowledge and is eloquent in the courtroom.
