Greatly appreciate the way Jeremy handled my case. I got a ticket for going 64 in a 35. For the first court date he said the prosecutor didn’t offer a good deal so he got it continued. Second court date, he was able to get my ticket reduced to a 49. He emailed me right after each one to let me know how it went. Also, very inexpensive compared to other firm’s prices.

My ticket was reduced to Improper Equipment, which really helped me out. Most of all the fees were very reasonable. I truly appreciate the service provided me.

Jeremy Cotten is in a class of his own. He and his staff are very professional and work very hard in tilting the scales of justice towards his clients. Mr. Cotten has represented me on 3 separate occasions. Each time he’s fought hard, not once have I received any points on my driving record even though my heavy foot caused me to be traveling 20mph over the posted speed limit each time. He’s a master at his craft. Thumbs up.

I called for help with a speeding ticket from Wake Cty & I live in Johnston Cty so not sure what my options were & have not got a speeding ticket since my early 20's & I am now 40. Staff on phone explained everything in detail & I gave all my info they needed over the phone & didn't have to go to the office. Very professional & knowledgeable. I was informed about my case on the same day has "court" by email. Very happy with the outcome & never had to miss any work or do alot of playing phone tag.
