Matthew is very good at his job. In my opinion he is one of the best lawyers to have when you're facing criminal charges of any kind. He is very thorough at what he does. And will do anything to help you and will keep you updated every step of the way. As soon as he has information he lets you know what information he has. He is very good and I highly recommend him to anyone who has any pending charges. You will not be disappointed if you go with Matthew faucette.

I got myself into a situation when I was at one of the lowest points in my life. Mr. Faucette was the 2nd lawyer I contacted and what made me choose him as opposed to the other lawyer was his quick responses, willingness to work with my financial situation at the time, and most importantly his faith in God. I am a person who believes in the power of prayer and faith and Mr. Faucette always ended our interactions with something like “be blessed”. The part of the review you probably want to read is that he was sure to keep me updated when my case got continued and was VERY thorough in explaining details after he got my case dismissed for me. He also always assured me that he’d do what he could to get my charge dismissed. Now, he is also handling my expungement and I have faith that it will go as smoothly as the dismissal of the case. You won’t go wrong in choosing him for your defense!!

Hired Mr. Faucette when had some neighbors take out fraudulent charges on me. Let's just say that case is history at this point. Husband and I had some issues arise between us and Mr. Faucette helped my husband and I get back together. We are both grateful and thankful for everything he has done for us! I do recommend him to anyone who is in need of a great lawyer and he may not respond back immediately but he will as soon as possible because we have to remember we are not his only clients he is helping so you have to be patient because we know he is working on our cases in the background and he will strive for a good outcome with the courts. After my arrest, my daughter said she knew Matt was the man for the job when he expressed how sorry he was to be needed for the huge challenge I had to overcome. I will never forget the day Matt visited me in county (he was a regular visitor) when he abruptly got up to leave, saying he was going to get me out of there. He knew I was innocent. He listened to me, worked with my public defender and me, and kept my loved ones informed. He encouraged me to not lose faith during some very very dark days. I will never forget the day we appeared in court for a bail reduction hearing. His passionate presentation of the facts in my case dwarfed the lame weak pleas of the prosecution, resulting in an amazing reduction in bail that got me home where I could more fully participate in the accumulation of evidence that clearly proved my innocence (and yes, the system treated me as guilty until proven innocent). I wish Matt could have seen me today, living a full happy life that he helped me recreate. Matt saved my life and I will be eternally grateful.

Matt Faucet represented me against a neighbor dispute. He is a great guy and outstanding lawyer! He brought his humanistic christian style to the case and fixed the issues promptly. He is very honest and upfront.

I recently had to change my lawyer at the last minute and Matt Faucette came to my rescue....If your looking for a smart, affordable, dependable, honest and a lawyer that shows up on time everytime then look no further!!! I had a serious felony charge against me that occurred as a result of me having schizophrenia and commiting a crime under those influences… upon my arrest and subsequent hospitilazation, my wife called out to several lawyers, and matt was the first to respond to her, and please note this was also while he was on vacation at the beach with his family. During the initial conversation with my wife, he assured her , that although the charges where serious he believed he could get us a positive outcome regardless of how it looked on paper. from that moment on things weren't so dark for me and my family anymore. We then agreed to hire Matt for our case. and after the first initial consultation he gave us a price for the representation, and even agreed to take it into a couple of payments, and since I was no longer employed this was a tremendous bonus to me and my family. From the very beginning Matt has always treated me and my wife with respect and dignity throughout the whole process regardless of the circumstances and how it looked . he never treated me as a criminal and always made me feel comfortable with matt I believe it is truly about the work and not the money he puts his heart into all that he does., so now its onto court and after the first couple of court appearances and just as Matt said, we where given a very fair outcome by the judge that required court appointed appearances every 6 weeks for an entire year, and as usual Matt was there every time and never once asked for an additional penny to compensate for the court appearances and time… so now finally its been a whole year now and my charges have been officially dismissed and the case closed, Matt will be now working to get my record expunged and I can finally put this nightmare behind me and my family . and I have Matt Faucett to thank for all of that... he always did what he said he could do, nothing more nothing less, I also know he devotes a lot of his time to charitable causes overseas in third world countries and in my eyes a CLASS ACT ALL THE WAY.
