I received a court summons for speeding in North Carolina. Out of all the advertisements I received, Cotten Law Firm had the most plainly laid out fee for different levels of speeding whether it was an all inclusive package for the fine and court fees, or the attorney fee alone. They did exactly what they said they would and had the ticket knocked down and for no points on my license and no impact on my insurance. Thank you for such an easy process for something I was stressed over!

Jeremy professionally handled my out of state speeding ticket. I wanted to fly back to NC to appear in court myself but I instead saved myself the airfare and day away from work and family and...for the price of the court costs and his reasonable fees, I let him handle it. I am so happy that I did.
Due to my good driving record and his expertise, he reduced the charges and requested a Prayer for Judgment Continued (NC traffic term).
Very fair outcome with the state.

Absolutely great staff! Friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. They were even available after 5 by phone. I did not have to take any time off from work. We had a pretty tricky case. Cotten Law Firm was able to handle our issues without us going to court and my son was able to keep his license. Would definitely recommend Cotten Law Firm!
