Excellent and friendly service with people that speaks Spanish to better serve the Spanish community. One of my emigration issues was resolve with no problems. Mr. Hale handled two traffic cases for me, one about two years ago and one this month. His office is really convenient to the courthouse and I walked right in without an appointment. He has a way of explaining the criminal justice process that is clear and treats you with respect when you ask questions. He looks at your case at different angles and you get the sense that he really cares about you and the outcome of the matter. He explained why it wasn't closed at the first court date and let me know that he would seek the best outcome, but I would have to understand that cases sometimes last a long time before there is a resolution. During the entire process, he and his staff let me know the status. Most importantly, he is a seasoned lawyer and I trusted him with my case and would return if I ever needed help again.

My company was charged by federal authorities in 2004. The matter was quite serious and with the possibility of both fines and imprisonment I was understandably nervous. I contacted Mr. Hale and he quickly made me feel better about my situation. He is astutely familiar with the workings of our federal legal system. Mr. Hales competence I feel was tantamount in negotiating a plea arrangement so that I avoided incarceration and limited my financial obligations to federal authorities. My experience with Mr. Hale was very positive.
