From the first day I spoke with Mr. Babb he kept me informed as well as calm. He presented a game plan immediately after being hired. He was quick with his responses when I reached out with questions concerning my case. He remained very professional while being personable at the same time. I really felt like I had someone fighting for me in my corner. This was my first time ever having an incident and with the help of Mr. Babb case was dismissed.
