The Charles HALL Law firm, was upfront and honest about my case day one. He gave me a clear picture of time frames and deadlines. The staff, was honest, respectful and upfront throughout the entire process. The day of court. Mr. Hall got me composed. It was a beautiful experience, we won our case. I strongly recommend this law firm from start to finish totally professional.

I applied for disability for the first time four years ago and got denied twice. My dad found Hall & Rouse and connected me with them. Charles Hall was my lawyer and worked with me to reapply for disability. He was very thorough, and made sure he had as much information as possible to give me a fair shot at getting approved. I had my court date eight days ago, and heard from Charles Hall today saying I got approved! He did everything in his power to make sure this was the verdict and I am BEYOND grateful. I would highly recommend this law firm to anyone looking to get benefits. Thank you so much!!!!

After being turned down twice for disability through social security, an acquaintance recommended Hall & Rouse. I was about ready to give up. Thank goodness I didn’t! Crystal Rouse and Wendy Hardesty handled my case beautifully. They are upbeat and kept me informed every step of the way. Most importantly, they got me the best resolution possible. And after they received full payment, they continued to help me with social security issues until they were all resolved. If I could give them 100 stars, I would.

Completely useless! When asked for help applying for disability services for my son, because we have already been denied twice, their response was for us to reapply again, on our own. So much for their claim that you shouldn't apply without a lawyer. Blatant misrepresentation of what they are willing to do to help people with disabilities.

I do NOT recommend this law firm. I truly regret letting Hall and Rouse represent me in my disability case. Before I signed with their firm, they advised me that they were thorough and would fight to get me everything I deserved. Once I signed with them their tune quickly changed. In my opinion the attorney was very rude and did not sound very confident. I learned that they are paid a flat fee meaning they do not have any motivation to work hard on your behalf. I have over 7 disabilities and I have cognitive issues as well. I asked them to release me from the contract, so I could find someone who is more confident in their ability to resolve my case. They agreed to release, but now my case is ruined. I have wasted a lot of time, by signing with this firm. I am now stuck trying to find an attorney before my appeal. As I mentioned, I do have cognitive issues and Im truly over whelmed at this point. My advice is to find another law firm who is more compassionate about helping their clients. Your just a number here.
