He ensured I fully understood my options and he worked my child custody case in the most cost effective way possible. With my permission, he used associate attorneys that have a lower hourly rate to keep the cost palatable. In addition, he did not file unfruitful motions as a tactic to run up billable hours. Mr. Marshall treated my case like it was his only one; despite the fact that I knew he had a heavy case load. He is a man of great character and does not exemplify the attorney stereotype of those seeking only to make a profit.
