Ana Nuñez and her team have been nothing short of supportive, present, dedicated, and human when dealing with my case. I had done all of my immigration paperwork myself prior to getting their services, from F1 visa to Green Card application. However, after a messy divorce questioning the removal of my conditional green card to a full green card, I needed some help. For four years they have assisted me through the process with care. To be clear, the delay, although unheard of, is none to Ana and her team's fault. The USCIS is clearly understaffed and overworked and you know what's up already. With that being said, without Ana's help I would have missed deadlines, couldn't have known when/how make my case progress further, and would have given up before reaching the end of the process. Now four years after starting it all I was able to get my naturalization done solely thanks to Ana Nuñez's help. The day of my interview I felt supported, informed, and I witness the care Ana puts in her clients' cases. She had my back! One last thing, while we were waiting we witnessed another applicant dealing with hard news: the administration delay in scheduling their appointment led them to miss some critical deadlines ... Ana took the time to comfort them and gave them her card so she can help them get their case through. With a lawyer it would never have happened.
