Ana helped me on a case that started on a Saturday afternoon. I initially tried to contact several law offices as I did not know any lawyer in the triangle area and I was not able to speak to any lawyers because they were all closed and they had answering services with no legal experience. Ana called back and was very supportive, listening to my case and advising me how to proceed as the police wanted to talk to me. She was always very responsive, even on the next day (Sunday) as I had many questions prior to my Monday hearing. I always felt like Ana had my back with my legal matter and I would gladly recommend her and her entire office.

Having spent way too much time and money already in court and on attorneys, I wasn't very excited to go through the whole process... again. While visiting NC from CA I ended up totaling my car and getting charged with another DUI. Phillip Liles from Fay & Grafton contacted me right away and set up a meeting to discuss my case. Since I was in school, my main concern was having to be in the courtroom as little as possible. Phil was confident that he could keep me out till the final date and with that I felt more comfortable and optimistic as one could be... Throughout the year I was a pain but Phil and the staff at Fay & Grafton were always great. Answering any questions, always available and accommodating, and Jon's convenient reminders and updates, made me feel like my case was in the right hands. As promised, I only had to come back for the final date. Expecting the worst, Phil represented the hell out of me and I was found NOT GUILTY of my DUI charge. I literally felt like I got my whole life handed back to me. Best day ever. Best attorney ever. Not that I ever plan to find myself in trouble again but just in case, I'm glad I have Phillip Liles and the people at Fay & Grafton.

Wil Fay is an excellent attorney. While his specialty is criminal law he is well versed in other aspects of the law. He, or his staff, kept me informed throughout the process and ultimately my case was dismissed without my having to testify. In my opinion, he is the "go-to" guy in Wake County.

When I went to see Attorney Rebekah Grafton in her office I was hopeless and heart broken. But, after talking to her I felt like there are still people who gives you true hope. She explained my case very best and promised to help me in any possible way in future. Though my problem still not resolved but I am compelled to write this after meeting her. She is just not an attorney, she serves also as a doctor for a person like me whose happiness was stolen by very very bad immigration system of US, long time ago. Attorney Rebekah, I am happy that you will represent my case to USCIS.

Case Dismissed!! I was referred to William Fay for my Wake County citation & couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Professional, experienced, efficient & most importantly: EFFECTIVE. His skilled office staff were also an added bonus, keeping me informed each step of the way and letting me know when everything had been taken care of. I’d highly recommend his services to anyone needing a solid defense team, whether it’s a traffic citation or serious criminal charge.

I was formerly a client of Hyland & Padilla and was HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED and FRUSTRATED with the treatment I received. I was involved in an auto accident in which I was hit by an at fault driver, and was denied a claim by his insurance company. I decided to contact the Hyland & Padilla firm following my personal injuries. After expressing my interest in their representation, I was immediately handed off to an inexperienced attorney named Andrea Fowler, who then made little to no effort to work toward settling my case. In the beginning, I was told that the firm was handling other cases and that mine was next in line. After having to constantly call to find out what was going on my case, I was informed that the firm would no longer be representing me. The attorney did not even have the decency to tell me upfront and instead tried to pass my case off to another firm without my knowledge. I would advice anyone seeking a personal injury attorney AGAINST considering Hyland & Padilla. They are highly unprofessional, and it is obvious that they will take your case if they think they can easily settle out of court and not have to work to win. If you're involved in a suit and the at fault insurance company has denied your claim, do yourself a favor and DO NOT HIRE HYLAND AND PADILLA! Make sure you research firms that will fight for you and not cower away from cases that present a challenge. I didn't do that, and that is why I am in this predicament. I am posting this review so that anyone who is in need of representation and has been denied a claim by the at fault insurance company can benefit from my mistake. DO NOT HIRE HYLAND AND PADILLA! They will not fight for you, and DO NOT have your best interest at heart.
