I needed advice from an attorney and I needed it asap! I called every employment attorney in every county near me & was working my way out of state when Mr. Budd returned my call. He listened to my legal issue then gave me his honest legal advice. He even looked over some of my emailed documents and told me his opinions. It might not have been what I wanted to hear, but I at least had the legal answer that I needed. He was the ONLY attorney out of at least 20, maybe 25, that I've called in the past 2 days, that took the time to talk to me. That was all that I asked for. I sooo greatly appreciate that!! That's not even hitting on the fact that Mr. Budd was very knowledgeable in employment law. It was a pleasure to speak with him & I will definitely keep him in mind if I need an attorney in the future!!

I have nothing but great things to say about Joe. I consulted with Joe regarding a knee injury from a fall. Not only was he professional, intelligent, trustworthy and attentive, but he was also compassionate. Joe was so good at making me feel relaxed and took as much time as needed to prepare me for the legal process ahead. Joe has this “can do” attitude and is the type of lawyer you want on your side.
