Couldn't have been an easier experience - we used them through my Company's ARAG legal benefit and the cost was nearly fully covered as well. Steven Lundberg took care of us and he listened thoroughly, prepared everything, and then was very patient while we took forever to review. We eventually had him walk us through everything to "review" and we signed off on it. They finish with giving you instructions on what to do next (for your bank/investment accounts, etc.). Highly recommend!

All professional and staff members were extremely helpful and prompt with answers to questions. My only criticism was that the original draft of our documents left out a couple of issues that were the reason we wanted out wills to be re-drafted in the first place.
