Tatum and Adkinson make my experience during my recovery very relaxing. Everyone That worked with me kept me well informed and worry- free. I intend on referring them to friends and family if their ever need an accident attorney. I would like to thank the heavy hitters for the very pleasant experience. And if you need an accident attorney please by all means "Call the heavy hitter, they will work to get you more".

I would not recommend Tatum & Atkinson based on my experience. I called them to hire representation for a car accident case. The receptionist took my information and promised to call me back shortly, but I never received a call. After waiting for a few hours, I followed up and spoke to another receptionist, who told me my inquiry was still pending. Hours later, after hearing nothing again, I called back and was told the same thing, though this time the receptionist said she would send an email to get a response. Finally, I was informed they wouldn’t take my case but could refer me to someone else. I asked to speak with an attorney to better understand why they wouldn’t take my case, but I was instead transferred to the office manager, who refused to let me speak to an attorney. Overall, their communication is slow, they are not punctual, and they seem unprofessional. If you’re looking for an attorney, I suggest looking elsewhere.

Fantastic, used tbem twice. You do not have to worry and you can heal in peace and let them take care of it all. I will always recommend them! Ian the attorney is the sweetest guy ever!

They never even called back for a simple consultation. They just said we couldn’t help you even thought my motorcycle incident is in there “specialties”. Stupid law firm. Don’t hire them, it’s a waste of time.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Tatum and Atkinson says the insurance company offer was fair but I would be out over $4000 in hospital bills and chiropractor bills and that wouldn't leave me anything for pain and suffering, loss of income ( which i was informed by Sue that they didnt never put in for lost income because i am self employed). Chad lied to me about my truck which is a 1971 ford f250, he said it isn't worth much at all but I had a truck stolen in 2020 (1968 ford f100) and was paid by my own insurance company $16,964 and I have proof of the pay out but that doesn't interest a crook. I wouldn't ever tell someone to get them because they aren't the heavy hitters like they claim for their client, they fight for the insurance company and I will tell everybody that listens and hope it will help then find a great law firm to help them.

Alejandra and Attorney Laura Connor were just fabulous! They educated me on the process, were completely transparent, always provided prompt assistance, and helped me solve every problem quickly. I highly recommend them!

I can't say anything bad about Tatum internet they were really great professional and very straightforward in their work ethics and they're very consistent. I was informed every step of the way and if I had to I'll use them again great company to to be represented by.

They have wonderful communication from the beginning and throughout the whole process work very quickly to get matters settled all while not leaving no details uncovered. Highly recommended.
