They did not help me with my case at all. Initially with the first phone call everything was smooth and super easy. The staff who took my call was very cordial. Second staff who called me told me step by step what would happen and gave me so much reassurance. I followed the steps and I hadn’t heard in a week from anyone and I found out NOT FROM THE LAW OFFICE DIRECTLY , but from a separate professional that they were not representing me on my case. I was in a office when this professional came to me and very courteously asked if I knew this? I said no. I was seriously thinking she was joking. She was not. Still never heard from them until I called and the woman didn’t even know anything she just said oh maybe it’s true sorry. Like what? I don’t even know what happened. AT ALL. I do not recommend. I only spoke with them because a coworker referred me to them. It was a lie. Time wasted and definitely f’d over by them. CALL SOMEONE ELSE.

They really helped me and my brother and his girlfriend get us right when we got involved in a car accident that turned into a hit and run I truly want to thank them 🙏🏾 they are really patient and kind every time they called they were so respectful thank you at everyone that work there

Horrible experience with this law firm. My attorney and his assistant would rarely speak with me. I would go weeks and weeks before I would hear anything back from them. They dropped me as a client and didn’t have the decency or common courtesy to let me know that they weren’t representing me anymore. Do your self a favor and DO NOT hire this law firm for any representation, there are many other professional law firms out in there that can handle your case more professionally than these guys. This law firm will not fight on your behalf, instead they will hang you up to dry the second something doesn’t go their way. When you are thinking of choosing Tatum and Atkinson RUN the other way!
