I'm a local film maker and had a very tricky question that arose. I screened a film that I had made at a popular venue and some audience members were seen recording the majority of my film on their cell phones. I had zero idea what my rights were and what I could do about this. Stuart Paynter helped me get right down into the details and differences in Copyright Law vs. Intellectual Property Law. It was a huge help and I was able to determine my steps moving forward based upon that.
