Nick was very responsive each step of the journey. He gave excellent advice, insight and very receptive to my input. I was sued for a non-compete, I sued back and the matter was resolved with Nick's guidance. I could not have been more pleased with the outcome.

Nick presents himself as a very street savvy, aggressive attorney. My experience was quite the opposite. He did not alway do what he said he would do and lacked creating, communicating or executing on any kind of strategy. It was obvious that the opposing attorney saw him as the weaker, less experienced player and took full advantage. I titled this review as Low Hanging Fruit as this appeared to be his modus operandi. His client's best interest took second place to profit. He and his partner were not always honest and straight forward. Taking responsibility and doing the honorable thing for providing what they even conceded was less than sound/accurate advice, was quite disappointing.
