Attorney Stuart Paynter provided me and my family with excellent service. After reviewing our situation in great detail, it was determined there was no case. Yet, we felt he handled our situation with care, while keeping us informed along the way.

The morning after I had an unfortunate encounter with a moving vehicle, I could think of only two things - that the phrase "felt like being hit by a car" was woefully inadequate to the actual experience, and that I needed to find legal representation as soon as possible. This can't be an easy process no matter the situation, but my experience with Paynter was great; even through some staff turnover that happened in the months that followed.
