I contacted Jim Hart about trademarking my business name after seeing an excellent video that he'd posted on YouTube on that subject.
I was impressed by his communication style about the process, and the way he honestly managed my expectations on timing and potential obstacles. He and his staff kept me informed at each step. I'd wholeheartedly recommend working with this firm for trademarking and business law matters.

If you want attorneys who are disorganized, uninformed and poor at keeping you updated on your case bpw would be a good choice. Otherwise, I would suggest not to go!
