Tatjana represented me very well over a couple cases in regards to some divorce fall outs including custody, in which I gained custody of my daughter, initially primary, and eventually, permanent, over the last 3.5 years or so. I discovered Jim through his YouTube videos, and if you haven't seen them, give them a look. Not only did they give me a sense of him personally, they gave me confidence that Jim was someone I could trust to help me through this process not just as a "do-er" but also as an educator. As Jim will surely attest, I often have questions to ensure I am properly understanding the implications of the decisions we are making. I really appreciate the patience Jim showed me during this process so far. I am typically a DIY type person, but I felt like hiring Jim was the right move here, even though I could technically submit my own application to the USPTO. The biggest benefit to me was to understand the chances that my application would be accepted so I am not likely wasting time down the road redoing things. There also were some nuances I may have missed in the application process that Jim was able to point out, saving me further time. The application is still going through the lengthy wait times at the USPTO, but so far so good. I wish I could give 0 ⭐️s. First he charged me $5000 and didn’t do anything, wouldn’t return my calls, totally vanished. When I finally talked to him 6 months later he mentioned more money if we wanted to go forward. Dude, you done nothing at this point. After 14 months of this silence and nothing done, I went to the court house, paid and filed divorce myself, and completed same day. Very disappointing, do not waste your time or money on this guy.
