Before I even hired Jim, he talked with me on the phone (other lawyers wouldn't even do that), didn't rush me, and was very sympathetic for my situation. He handled my absolute divorce for me, and was great. He told me up front what the fees/costs were, and admitted that he's not the cheapest around, but he's level with his clients and wants them to be satisfied. My divorce was simple, just a matter of filing a few forms, but I had a deadline to meet and Jim followed through in time. He's extremely nice & courteous, and genuinely wants to help his clients. I didn't have to step foot in the courtroom, and Jim even hand-delivered my paperwork to the county clerk to make sure my papers got filed ASAP. I highly recommend him.

Mr. Hart was wonderful. He walked me through everything and even told me how I could do what I needed to do cheaper using other resources. I love that he has a small practice and bases who he chooses to represent based on the clients morals and ethics. I knew I had found the right firm when I read his website. His flat rate fees are great and much more affordable than other attorneys in the area. He made sure that he answered all my questions and listened intently to my story. When I emailed and cancelled my initial consultation in hopes that I could save my marriage, he wished me luck and said that he hoped I never had to contact him again. He seems like a genuinely good man, something that was a comfort to find during this difficult situation. I would highly recommend him to anyone who unfortunately finds themselves in my situation.
