I was taken so carefully . I never have had an accident and I was the cause of the accident. I felt so horribly bad about 5he injury to the other care. I had to go to my only grandson graduation an$ could not go to court. This attorney went for me and followed thru to completion. There are enough words for me too tell you how grateful I am. My husband received 2 tickets while passing through NC. Since we live out of state and my husband is not well and couldn't travel at this time we hired Mr Toland to represent us in court. I received at least 20 mailers for attorney's after my daughter was in an at fault auto accident. I'm from Pennsylvania and got a speeding ticket while on my way to visit my son in Wake Forest. I contacted Mr Toland to discuss the situation (for free) and he was very up front about what he would do and what he would try to do on my behalf. He did everything he said he would do and also got done what he said he would try to do and he did it in a very timely manner.
