Mr. Percy was great at taking my information over the phone and through email. He was able to appear in court on my behalf and my speeding violation was reduced to the exact amount he said it would be without any insurance points/increases. Everything was smooth, easy and straight forward. Would highly recommend.

I got a hefty school-zone traffic ticket and was so concerned. S. Percy advised me the best way to handle to reduce the penalty charge (community service) and avoid insurance report. I highly recommend Seth Percy if you have been involved in a traffic accident and not sure what to do. I am 54 years old and my 1st major accident. I called Seth and he assured me that I would not have to step foot into a courtroom and that he thought I would not get any points against my licence. And he was true to his word. Seth took a load off my shoulders.

He explained all the possibilities of what outcome may have been for going 57mph in a 35mph school zone. I chose to go for a Prayer for Judgement. Community service was completed an hour for every mile over the speed limit. Seth used his best judgement and past experiences when deciding on which judge would be best to resolve my case with.
