My experience with Rosen Law firm was excellent. Going through a difficult separation can be very stressful and my attorney, Anna Ayscue, helped to alleve much of that stress with her legal advice. From the time I met Anna on the free online divorce Forum, through the period that I retained her services, she guided me to a settlement that I could live with. She waived fees to make things easy for me and was there to answer questions even after her commitment ended. I highly recommend Anna to represent your case.

I hired Rosen's Richard Gantt to help me get through a contentious divorce after having let someone else go; I never looked back. Richard is sharp, crystal-clear on the law and will not hesitate to put up the good fight for what is right and equitable. Divorce is never easy, but Richard had the sensibility to put things into perspective for me and I never felt he was gouging me for fees. My divorce was the first time I needed this level of counsel, but I felt at ease because Richard was surgically aggressive, strategic and detailed-oriented in protecting my interests during the separation and final divorce. For example, when my ex- decided to back-off the separation agreement, Richard spent hours on the phone with the opposing counsel "helping them understand" the binding nature of the contract and the potential legal ramifications of a breach. At the end of this ugly ordeal, I felt my separation was even-keeled and just. But importantly, I also felt I had gained a friend I could trust.

I worked with Richard on my divorce case and he was able to speak with me understand the concerns of my case and help with get through it. He had my best interest at heart and based on my case was able to have my ex wife and her attorney come to a much more fairer equitable distribution claim than what was originally proposed. Divorce is one of the hardest challenges in life. It’s and emotional process and upends ones whole world. Richard Gantt was an excellent attorney at navigating my divorce. One thing to know is a divorce is decided based on facts, interpretation of the law, and what can be argued in your favor; emotion unfortunately does not decide the outcome or the process. Richard Gantt does an amazing job of understanding the law, explaining it for you, and helping guide you towards the best decision and outcome. Emotions cloud our judgment, making process difficult when we are overwhelmed by them, and a divorce certainly does that. Richard understands this and while he empathizes with what your are going through, he holds himself as the rock that is ever vigilant to the best outcome for you and everyone involved. He takes care of the legal aspect so you can take care of yourself and the new life you will find.
