Cordell Cordell Is a complete joke of a law firm. If you choose to hire them you will receive a public defender grade attorney while paying for a top of the line attorney. If you don’t have a extra 15k laying around or able to pay 1500 a month in lawyer fees I’d chose a firm that won’t scam you and cause your credit score to tank.

Attorney Stephanie Smith was absolutely amazing. She helped my father so much. Was always available, pleasant and gave him great advice. Thank you very much for everything you did.

OMG, I have to start by saying this, a very horrible experience with this firm , two years and plus with them and all they did was taking our money, we spent 25,000. and they did nothing for my son, it was a disaster. they didn't back him up on anything, went to court and it was a disappointment, which I think it could it being good if JM would of prepared himself better, if you are looking for a firm to fight for you this is not the firm you looking for, or if you need an aggressive person to represent you this is not the place , In this firm they do not fight for you. and this will include JM and D. very disappointing , and it was a simply case I can't imagine what would happen on a very difficult case..They will charge you for phone calls, emails, and no results. my opinion very unprofessional firm and staff. if you have them I wish you the best of luck.

Charged TRIPLE in 3 months what my attorney did in a total of 2 years now. I would give negative stars if I could.

Over paid and under delivered... Billing was always an issue. We caught several errors that they had to credit back to our account and again that's just what we caught. Lack of communication but when they did call or email us back the charges were crazy. We thought we had found a great place for fathers' rights but within the 2 years we used them as our Attorney NOTHING was ever done. There were court orders in place and were not being followed but we could never get our attorney to fight for what was already ordered. JUST beware watch your billing and know that there are more attentive and caring attorneys out there don't let the nice office and amazing looking websites fool you. We have obtained a different attorney now and has done more in the 3 months than what this office has in 2 years.

Doubtless billed for time they just re-list the same work as a second activity. Wouldn’t listen to my actual request and then said I would need to pay them more to have the paperwork they were originally retained to file. As it was not they paperwork they wanted to file because they didn’t see the value in it. ie wouldn’t generate them additional funds. Do not use them there is someone else around that actually cares to help not just looking to bleed you dry. And no they never filed the paperwork originally requested even after me giving pushback. Would be zero stars if it were an option.
