Average experience. They seemed professional, but communication was mostly with our agent with very little contact with us. For instance, on the day of closing, it appears everyone knew of completion of survey except us the buyers/clients. Also, we were advised at the table that they were told by the seller not to release keys to us until they had funds from us. After I confirmed that funds had already been wired to them prior to closing and lender’s rep had confirmed their wire as well, closer advised receipt. Being familiar with the real estate closing process, I was left baffled why these things went the way they did....

Starting from the first person picking up the phone, they are very nice and Robin the assistant takes notes to the attorney Gilbert File seriously. She makes you feel like it's the right place to talk to. After that, Gilbert is very professional in the work he does for the law firm by taking the case with utmost respect. He has great counseling and is knowledgable in the field. I'm happy to have the law firm as our go to place knowing that I will be safe in their hands by their guidance and means of protecting my family. Thank you so much for everything you do!
