I had a consultation with Howard for a last-minute issue. While he could not provide representation due to scheduling issues, he gave me legal advice on the situation and how to proceed, free of charge. Howard at one point promised to call me later that day, and could not due to an emergency, and Mr. Blum stayed after working hours to advise me.

Went above and beyond!

My husband contacted the law firm wanting to hire Tina Pace for a few hours to answer our questions pertaining to community association law with the potential of hiring her for more legal action. The receptionist answering the phone forwarded the call to Pace's PA, got her voice mail and he left a message requesting to be contacted about scheduling a meeting. We did not hear anything further so husband called again the next day only to get Pace's PA's voice mail again. He left another voice mail message, also sent an email and also used the law firm's contact form to try to communicate with someone from the firm. It is now a week or ten days later and no contact from anyone associated with the law firm of Hatch Little and Bunn. If HL&B or Tina Frazier Pace could not accept further clients at this time, it would have been a good business practice to do the courteous thing and respond with regrets. This failure to engage with potential new clients at all left us wondering if there would have been a struggle with communication had we hired them. So, we moved on to a much responsive law firm who got back to us within 24 hours.

Great experience. Cory was very patient in explaining the trust we wanted. At the follow up appointment everything we wanted was in writing and explained in detail. It was stressless and all of Cory’s staff was excellent. I would definitely recommend Cory’s firm.
