I am very impressed with Mrs. Jackson and her staff. I was out of state and was in an accident in NC. Because each state is different, I felt anxious and was unsure how to proceed. I was referred to her by a friend. She walked me through the process, pulled up reports and alleviated my concerns. I was able to enjoy the rest of my trip. Once I got back home, her staff followed up with me every step of the way. They spoke with me and gave me enough information to make decisions. They fought for me and I appreciate that.
