I hired Daniel to draft a letter for me. After I send him my payment and the signed contract, I never heard back from him. I sent him multiple emails and left several messages at his office over the course of a month, and he ignored them all. When I finally got a hold of him, it was over 5 weeks after I paid him, and he still had not drafted the letter. He did not offer an explanation other than he was "really busy". He did apologize and agree to refund my payment, but considering this was a time sensitive issue, and I'd wasted so much of my own time trying to get in touch with him, that didn't mean much.
