It was so easy and stress-free to divorce, since Kristen handled everything for me. During my consultation, she answered everything quickly and thoroughly. When I agreed to work with her, I really didn't have do anything once I got my separation agreement handled. I already had that drafted, and she looked it over, giving me peace of mind that it was done right. I worked with Brittany Morrison on several legal items related to marital issues I was having. I ultimately ended up pursuing an alienation of affection and criminal conversation suit and it ended up being much more lengthy and difficult than either of us anticipated. Brittany used her knowledge and, when needed, the experience of her colleagues to ensure every step she took was in my best interest. There were often times throughout the process where I was confused and asked a lot of questions and Brittany was quick to respond and explain so I always understood what was going on. There were times when I provided her with input regarding my case and she always took that input under careful consideration rather than being dismissive. I had the expectation going in that my active participation in providing her the information that she needed in a timely fashion and being as honest and upfront as possible, coupled with her legal knowledge would give us the best possible outcome.
