After 6 attorneys in wake county that would not take my divorce settlement case. I found Brian on a web surch. He took the case in quite a short notice. His took my case on short notice and worked out a compensation plan that didn’t require me to sell my house and work two jobs just to retain his services. Brian is straight forward, honest, and very direct with his clients, he protects their interest with passion and integrity. Brian and his team make sure that the outcome of their cases are as good as possible without making promises that they cannot uphold. His clients are presented with multiple different options for their case and are explained in detail the progress and the expected outcome. He then leaves it to the client to make an educated decision as to how they want to proceed. He tries to avoid court as much as possible as in his opinion no one ever truly wins. Quite the opposite, he often encourages his clients that at times it is better to compromise and wrap up a case to start healing and find peace rather than drawing out the case with intensified stress and financial strain that comes with a divorce.

Brian helped my mother with some legal matters recently. He was so great with her and generous with his time. Ok I got Brian's name through pre-paid legal, and not only did he help me in my case but he did it for HALF the price, yes I said half the price. I had EX problems and told him I didnt have alot of money but really needed help from the EX destroying my life. He got me through it and set me up with the next steps to protect myself after he finished the case. If you're looking for someone to see you by your name and not by your wallet this is your guy.
