I was really dreading suing for custody and child support, including back child support. I’m a good communicator, but I don’t enjoy conflict. My ex enjoys it. The overall experience was far, far better than I was expecting. If I had realized how insulated Carly would make me feel the negatives of the situation I would have hired her much sooner. My favorite part was when she took the fact that my kid is graduating a year later and made it into a bargaining chip instead of the unwelcome, disruptive surprise it could have been. There were several good moments that I could never have done by myself. Outstanding experience.

What I really liked about working with Carly is that she did not make me feel like 'just another case'. She made me feel like we were a team and we are going to deal with this case together. She offered her honest opinion when necessary and made sure I had a clear understanding of the entire process.

Carly handled my legal separation and divorce and all went perfectly. She was quick to answer any questions I had and was always available to meet according to my work schedule. She is nice and very easy to work with. Would recommend to anyone.

Carly is young and came to court dresses young. Once our time was reduced from 4hrs to 1 hr she didn’t know how to “bounce” back. She had only been out of school for a year and was not ready for defendants criminal attorney when he wouldn’t play fair. Once I said I had no interest in pursuing permanent custody, she did not respond to my emails, she would have the paralegal. Carly also did not keep me informed and told me she had withdrawn from the case before she had really withdrawn. Run from this firm!!!
