Great place to work

Pamela Keenan was the attorney I dealt with in this debt collection law firm. She is rude, loud and obnoxious. She and this company is nothing more than small town low rent debt collectors without a professional or ethical bone in their bodies. They make their money off of people struggling and PPP loans.

Mr. Griffon made our estate planning process clear and precise. He and his staff were pleasant and they produced an excellent product for us. We would highly recommend him to others

Mr. Griffin worked with my husband and I with our legal estate plan. We worked with him during COVID-19, so we did our work by Zoom and telephone. Despite these limitation, I believe that Mr. Griffin got to know us and delivered legal documents that totally met our needs

We have been working with Chess for years and we would not think about going to another attorney. he is kind, sincere and trustworthy. I come from a whole family of attorneys in another state...father ( He was also a judge), two brothers and a son. I would recommend him to anyone

Do not go to these people. They are rude over the phone. Here are some of the names of infividuals who hung up on me and did not tell me whether the call was being recorded or not before we got into settlement options. Joyce, Liz, and Jackie very unprofessional. This company works directly for Coastal Credit Union, and they are a bunch of crooks as well. I have been hung up on, told that it is what it is. 5 stars from who? Themselves. they where very rude to me and stated that I was not there customer. They are now blocking my phone calls. But continue to send paperwork about settlement and pay in full. But will not talk to me. I know that this is a liability issue. But if I am not your customer and if you don't want to talk about my rights as a customer or client then dont expect end to pay as one. This company and their associates need to be looked at internally by the BBB. I am not usually one of those individuals that post about companies unless I have Ben disrespected or completely disregard by those asking for my hard earned income.

They just need a app but the firm is good.
