I have had Attorney Jackson handle different affairs for me for years now. She is professional, very honest about how things could turn out, and thorough. She is expensive, but good things generally cost more. I will gladly pay for the best service!

I inquired with more than 15 traffic attorneys for a speeding ticket in wake county. Jackson law center was actually the mostexpensive out of all of my inquires but I proceeded with them because they were highly reviewed. They gave me the same expectations as most of the other attorneys. My court date was scheduled for a considerable time in the future so I had no issue with not receiving any communication with them after I made my payment and signed documents. Unfortunately I did not receive any communication or correspondence until after my court date had passed on the first date and had to reach out a few times to get an update about my case and there was issues finding my information and receiving a call back implying that no one attended or knew about my court date. This was eventually resolved and I was informed that my case was continued. It was continued a few times and eventually closed with similar results that other attorneys offered. I personally will not use them or recommend them again.

I never ever been in a situation where I had to find and hire a lawyer. After research and consulting found Ms. Jackson and her team! Although a scary situation being apart of a lawsuit Ms. Jackson and her paralegal made everything seamless, easy and guided me so that I understood the whole entire process. It was a long process but so worth it! I wouldn't change a thing. Ms. Jackson handled everything for me, diligently, efficiently, and is very knowledgeable. Naturally I was to be nervous but overall this experience was a pleasant one ..under the circumstances. Not to mention we won't our case and I was awarded my settlement! Ms. Jackson deserves all her flowers and accolades as well as her paralegal Melnequa who is just as knowledgeable. Even the receptionist is A+, all my calls got answered and delivered.Don't hesitat when thinking about Jackson Law.

I wish I'd known everything I do now when I hired this firm. They are likely very good at estate planning. That's quite different from Trust litigation. This review is not personal but based solely on performance. Personally, they can be nice, that is until I stuck to my guns that their performance was lacking. Then Mr. Brady was quite rude. Unfortunately, Mr. Brady sold the firm to me as having strong Trustee removal litigation experience. I definitely do not believe that to be true now. Mr. Brady met with me, made strong promises and then handed my case off to a much less experienced attorney, Mr. Dean, who wasn't even in our meeting. However, I was charged experienced-attorney rates for his sub-par performance. Communication, case management, strategy and knowledge of Trust law were all ongoing issues. I expressed concern at various junctures. When I requested a different attorney and demanded a meeting with Mr. Brady, he met with me but ignored my request and brought Mr. Dean assuring me he could handle the case, then charged me for their time to meet. I should have fired them then, but I very much wanted to believe they would step up and come through for me. Mr. Brady is a smooth talker and good salesman. The case and the fees drug on well over a year! I had to push hard for a court date. As the court date drew near it grew more apparent that Mr. Dean was not experienced. My case was complex and he did not demonstrate a knowledge of Trust law, nor my specific Trust document, which was a huge detriment to my case. I ended up doing consults with other well-known attorneys in Trust litigation (on the TOP attorneys list) and they "weren't aware" that the firm had the needed expertise IE they don't come up against them in court often. One knew Mr. Dean and described him as inexperienced as well. But they did not have the time to take my case especially with court impending. We did end up going to court and it was painful. Mr. Dean's representation was sorely lacking. He is not a strong litigator nor orator. He was also late and unorganized. He never objected to anything while the well-known OP ran circles around him and slandered me profusely. At one point he apologized to the court for the long period of silence because he couldn't figure out what he wanted to say, just shuffled his stack of papers. My overall assessment is that this firm's practices are unethical because they represented that they have strong experience in the area I needed, but used me to cut a young attorney's teeth in a growing and very lucrative area of law. Under no circumstances would I hire them again. In my research into them after being unhappy, I came across others who agreed with this assessment. I should also note that in the end the Trustee resigned and Brady Cobin now touts this as them getting a good outcome for me. That is laughable. The trustee resigned because he broke the law on something else altogether and was indicted for it and his criminal attorney instructed him to resign. UPDATE: because the Trustee was still allowed to choose the successor Trustee, they attempted to place it with a friend in order to still control it. That successor declined, so the entire case was a waste. I've had to re-start litigation over. DO NOT HIRE BRADY COBIN. Especially not Mr. Brady, who is not honest, or Mr. Dean who is not competent.

I hired David Dean for a case of inheritance theft. He took $ 5000.00 up front and did absolutely nothing for my case. Then said he wanted another $ 40,000.00 ! No joke. Pathetic excuse for a lawyer, all talk and no go . You have been warned, stay far away.
