Brian and Sinclaire made our estate planning experience so easy. They were responsive to our needs and the follow up was what I expect from a consummate professional. And the best part, they really cared about my mother-in-law, whose estate planning they handled. Sinclaire even brought her team out to the car to conduct a meeting when my mother-in-law was having a tough day getting into the office. So glad to have found this law firm.

Sinclaire was super helpful on updating a will and thinking through how to structure it simply but flexibly. She and her team were effortless collaborators, and I’ll go to them first for any revisions/updates I need to make.

I worked with Sinclaire Owen for help with creating a client contract and agreement form for my nutrition coaching business, The Millennial Nutritionist. I was impressed with how personal and responsive my whole experience was. Sinclaire was very open with any concerns or edits that I made on the various drafts of the contract and I could tell she was most concerned with my protection. Sinclaire made my contract with longevity in mind so that I would not need to pay for an updated version as my business changed year to year. Overall my experience was great and I would definitely recommend their services to others!!

Brady just did my closing (seller side) and it was very smooth. Particular kudos to Maria who was my primary point of contact. Smart as a whip, extremely responsive (no matter how early or how late), and fun to work with. Because of her, I will probably have Brady Law do my next closing. They were reasonable on the seller fees as well. I’m in banking so I know what a wire transfer costs. Some firms charging $100 for a wire. Brady was VERY reasonable - no where near $100. Same about the fee to prepare my deed. Thank you Maria and Brady Law.

Such an amazing firm! We closed on a house with them, paid a flat fee, and they were so professional and flexible with all of the ups and downs that came with our seller/lender. Definitely recommend to anyone going through the process of buying or selling a home.

One the best real estate lawyer in town. He has so far closed two houses of mine.
