I love this law firm, they work with you, and they are not expensive. I can email them and they respond, so nice.

I received two different speeding in different counties and they handle both without me getting any points on my license or insurance. I would strongly recommend them they handle up to 12 counties in North Carolina.

I've never gotten a ticket before, so when I was ticketed for a minor accident for which I was liable, I was panicked. I really didn't know what, if anything I should do. I ignored all the many legal advertisements I got in the mail. I was just going to pay the ticket. Then a friend at work told me I should get a lawyer to help me. I contacted Mr. Kotzker's law office because I was familiar with NCLawTalk, a show which comes on here in Raleigh. I was immediately put at ease and reassured by Kim, the woman who answered the phone. She listened to my concerns and my panic, and explained everything clearly, even offering to have Mr. Kotzker call me, which he did right away. My case has now been resolved with outstanding results beyond what I hoped for. I am very pleased with Mr. Kotzker's work, and will not hesitate to use him in the future, or refer him to anyone.

After speaking with numerous attorneys, I had trouble on deciding which one would be the best for my case. Immediately after speaking with Mr. Kotzker, I knew he was the correct choice! Customer service is a big factor when I am dealing with someone, and I can honestly say that they actually care for their clients. They did possibly everything they could do to make sure I was informed about my case. I would refer anyone to Mr. Kotzker dealing with any traffic related tickets in that area.

I selected Mr. Kotzer after speaking with a number of attorneys in the RTP area. He responded much quicker than anyone else though busy and took the time to answer my questions. I am pleased with the outcome of the case but was disappointed with the communication throughout the process. Staff was not responsive to emails or messages to give case outcome; it turned out he was late to show for court and needed another date. It would have been nice to have been told hence I am not too impressed with the aspect of this service. After the new court date and desirable outcome, I had additional questions in terms of settling my court costs and sent an email, and again, there was no response. I do like Mr. Kotzer when speaking on the phone but this experience reflects unprofessionalism and I would think twice about using his firm/services or recommending him.

My case was handled timely, the service was personable and professional, and I gladly recommend this law office to those seeking representation.
