I was referred to Oxner Permar from a family friend who works in law for a workers comp case I had. They took plenty of time to explain my options and in the end they whole ordeal I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome, I did learn that it’s a long process and I was very patient but they communicate frequently along the way ... The worse law firm ever attorneys takes your case and then they quit in the middle of your case they leave the firm and go to other firm and you get stuck with different attorneys I do not recommend this to anyone ever . They don’t even care about the victim they are hurt they are only interested of themselves and employers don’t even care about employees again I do not recommend this to anyone

If I had to describe MJ in one word, it would be generous. Sincere, kind, caring and easy to talk to are additional ways that I would describe her. I have been working with MJ for about 7 years now and from our first meeting, I sensed that she cared about me and about the trial I was going through. In the beginning, she understood that I did not have a lot of extra money and that I was in a difficult situation, uncharted territory for me. She answered my many questions with patience, explained a clear plan and worked within my small budget. In these 7 years, she has been very approachable, quick to respond to emails and very giving of her time. I would guess that there may have been plenty of fees she didn’t charge me for, all the while providing excellent service. I have referred a number of people to her and would not hesitate to use her services again. I feel that she has cared about me and my plight similar to the way a friend would care.

The Raleigh office is a great and the staff is even better. Kyle McGimsey was exceptionally helpful and courteous!
