I found communication lacking at this office. No matter how many times you call they don’t pick or return messages left on the receptionist line. Also Tia our paralegal always acted like we were a bother even when she made a mistake she acted like I was bothering her expecting her to fix. The lawyers that we worked with were both fine and efficient.
