We had a very good experience with Midtown Law in handling a closing. I represented the seller in this matter. The buyer had changed lenders and attorneys at the last hour. Zach and Denean did everything they could to ensure we had a smooth closing process despite the new lender causing multiple delays and the sellers having already signed at the previous attorney's office.
