I contacted Nicholas' firm in the interest of drafting a separation agreement. Nicholas was able to meet with me the same day, and was very thorough in explaining my options and what I could do to draft an agreement that was fair and offered both parties in the separation the proper protections. Over the next couple months, the agreement went through four different drafts as I negotiated the terms with my partner, and Nicholas was always prompt and informative when replying to any questions I had. Though the events surrounding the need for an attorney were stressful, I was and am incredibly thankful that I had Nicholas available to consult and assist me in preserving my interests. His knowledge and professionalism have been a stellar reflection of his firm, and should I require legal services in the future, they will be the first ones I contact.
