This office has a team of dynamic attorneys ready to handle your case. With a team with so much knowledge in what they do, there seems to be no case too complex to handle. Attorneys Patrick Roberts and Phylicia Powers represented my loved one in a complex sex offense case involving two counties. He was facing 10 years in prison, which was avoided secondary to their powerful representation strategies, knowledge in law, and expertise with these type of accusations. When one is accused of a crime, it can be a very stressful and scary time, especially for family. Patrick and Phylicia were upfront with expectations, professional, non-judgemental, communicable, and very informative with steps during the entire process. The process maybe lengthy depending on the severity or complexity of a crime, but trust me they are working diligently behind the scenes to get the best possible outcome. Sabina, the paralegal is awesome. She was quick to respond to emails, return phone calls, set up attorney calls, etc. I'm sure the entire staff is wonderful, but the encounter that I had with the individuals mentioned in this review was nothing short of amazing. We hope not to need their services again, but would most definitely will if we need too.

When I first became a client of Roberts Law Group I was facing 6 felony drug charges. 1 Manufacturing cocaine 2 Maintaining a dwelling 3 Possession of marijuana 4 Possession with intent to sell/ deliver marijuana 5 Trafficking in cocaine by possession 6 Trafficking opium or heroin I was initially facing over 200 months and that was just the minimal sentence, it could have been much more than that. I met my attorney Ben Lankford while incarcerated having a conversation through a glass window. He appeared to be very knowledgeable and knew exactly what he was doing. After telling him my story he sounded pretty confident that he could help me. I was skeptical at first because I had never been in this situation before and don’t really know much about the law. I also felt as though the charges I was facing was pretty tough to beat. He assured me that he would help me, I was 100 percent truthful with him, he knew everything there was to know. The both of us were confident that I would at least end with probation which was a lot better than facing over 16 years in prison. After a year and a few months later after going back and forth to court and not being able to leave the state all of my charges were dismissed! All that is on my record is a misdemeanor, I did not have to do any prison time nor any probation! If it wasn’t for Roberts Law group I would probably still be incarcerated today! The entire firm is helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone at Roberts Law Group is professional and anytime I needed anything they were there! I would recommend this firm 100 times! I don't even know where to begin. Between Michelle and Sabina I couldn't have asked for anything better! I had a very simple case but due to a recent move was unable to attend the hearing. I highly recommend Patrick and his team! My husband was accused of awful things from a teenage girl that we know and faced 25yrs in prison. Patrick and his team were very attentive and professional. If Sabina, the paralegal, wasn't available, then she was quick to return our call. She always took the time to answer questions & concerns we had. If it was something she wasn't able to answer, she would setup a phone conference with Patrick to speak with us. Patrick was our 2nd lawyer & over an hour away in a different county. We were misinformed by the 1st lawyer that we had to hire in the county that the accusations were made. We did & after a year & a half of nothing from our lawyer other then pushing to take a plea, we looked elsewhere. We learned that we did Not need a lawyer in the same county, met with Patrick and hired him! He was blown away to learn that our first lawyer had only requested the original discovery. He immediately put in for all medical records including medications that she was on and therapist that she saw. He worked hard on our case and got us a plea that we were told would Never be on the table. No prison time! Even in court he got the judge to knock 2yrs off of the probation period that was agreed upon in the plea. I truly believe that if we went to trial, Patrick would have won our case, but we have children and it wasn't worth the risk of getting 25yrs in prison vs 3yrs of probation. I wish we had hired Patrick in the beginning cause I have no doubt that he would've got our case dropped. But the case was too old by the time we hired him. Do yourself a favor and hire Patrick and his team!!! They are amazing and we will forever be grateful for them!!

Attorney Powers took my situation that I thought was a big Mountain, which it was, and moved it out the way for me. When I was worried and panicking, she informed me that she was taking care of it. She was very honest from the start to the end. She is one smooth lady I’m telling you! I will recommend her to ANYBODY thats having legal issues!
