Doug was extremely responsive and was able to reduce a speeding violation to improper equipment. This clearly prevented any points being placed on my driving record and also prevented any increase in auto insurance rates. A small investment of time and money prevented a lot of insurance increase, clearly this saved 4 times more than the fee for Doug's service. Highly recommend this guy, you should call him today.... Don't just pay the ticket, you will regret it later.

I got a speeding ticket in Mid-September. Reached out to Douglas's office for help. He responded swiftly and reassured me that he could get my ticket reduced. I'm a Social Worker and work late doing home visits at times. Therefore Douglas was able to represent me in court.
He was able to get my ticket reduced to improper equipment which would not impact my insurance. The process was pretty smooth. I'm thankful to have been represented my Douglas. Not mention his fees are pretty affordable too. Recommended!

We contacted Mr. Portnoy about our sons speeding ticket. He immediately got back to us and was very responsive throughout the process. He discussed our son's options which would result in the best possible outcome. Following under his guide, our son was able to finish community service, driving school, etc. before the court date. Mr. Portnoy's experience was paramount when scheduling and presenting this case. We were very pleased in the outcome and the excellent representation from Mr. Portnoy.

I have received a moving violation ticket, and I realized that I should've talked to a traffic ticket attorney before I paid off the ticket. I sought for legal help to reverse, but only Douglas could have those tickets overturned, so there would be no increase in points and insurance rates. Thank you so much, Douglas.

I called Doug Portnoy to help me with a speeding ticket that was significant enough that I had to appear in court. He was busy at the time I called, but he immediately texted me. We were able to discuss my case and he answered all of my questions via text message. He represented me in court (I did not have to take time off of work), and he was able to negotiate my speeding violation down to a minor one, which prevents this infraction from hitting my insurance company! Doug was responsive, he answered all of my questions, and his fees were reasonable. 5/5 I do recommend.

Absolutely wonderful!! He picked up my case after another attorney agreed to represent me and then denied my case 3 days before the court date!! He was wonderful and got me enough time to pay my fines. With no effect to my insurance. Great representation!

Douglas Portnoy has handled two tickets for my son in the last year & 1/2. Both tickets were significant speeding citations. In both cases Mr. Portnoy was able to reduce the tickets, and in the most recent one get a charge dropped which could have impacted my son's ability to get a job in his chosen field. From the first interaction with Douglas Portnoy, he gave us an action plan and was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had during the whole process. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Douglas Portnoy to handle any traffic tickets.
